This script lets you quickly turn multiple characters' controls from local to global mode while allowing you to preserve the animation you already have.
Works with both FK ( Preserving rotations) and IK ( Preserving both rotations and translations).
Ideal for toggling Object/Control space or "Follow Orientation". Can also use it to keep certain objects/body parts' animations in the same spot in the world while moving/rotating the other parts.
Just keep in mind that the controls will need to be baked at the end. Simply drag the script file to a python tab in your Maya script editor and put it on a shelf by clicking-dragging with middle mouse button.
